Does Elite Travel do a meet and greet service at airports?
Yes, we offer a full door-to-door service at the airport for your peace of mind. Our friendly driver will meet you at your airport terminal and escort you to your premium vehicle.
You can add this service for an additional £10 charge and request this when you complete the booking form.

An executive car is a premium vehicle, typically a medium or large saloon, or a hatchback. These vehicles include high-end features like temperature-controlled seats, a leather interior, and plenty of legroom, so you can sit back and relax in style.
As an executive travel company, our fleet is made up of 15 luxury vehicles, including Mercedes, BMW, and Audi, to ensure you have a great experience when travelling with us. From executive cars to luxury coaches, we do it all!

Once I receive my booking confirmation, what happens next?
After you receive your booking confirmation via email, you can sit back and relax knowing that your journey is taken care of. The day before you travel, we’ll send you an email with your driver details so you can contact them if needed.
How do I pay?
At Elite Travel, we accept card, cash, and BACS payments. To pay via card, you can either call our office or request a payment link. Our drivers do not carry card readers, so if you’d like to pay on the day of your journey, please bring cash.
If you’d prefer to pay via your card, you can find our BACS details at the bottom of your confirmation email.
What are your office opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.
In case of an emergency outside of office hours, contact your driver first – you’ll receive an email with their contact details the day before your journey. If you can’t get through to your driver, call our office team on 07388 543 041 or 07886 897 168.
